Quogen

A form for quoting a video shoot. The shoot details come first: the date, who it is billed to, and the name or brand, phone and email it is sent from.

Then the quote itself, in three sections: crew, cameras and support, and lighting and audio. Each is a list of items with quantities, an optional section total, and a button to clear it. Notes, a closing line and the grand total in Egyptian pounds finish the page.

“Generate quotation (.docx)” turns the form into a Word file styled like the invoice template, ready to send. The whole tool is one HTML file: the document is put together in the browser with JSZip.
